If yours isn’t here, call. We’d rather answer it than have you guess.
A single room cleanout usually fits in a 10 yard. A full house cleanout or a big remodel is normally a 20 or 30 yard. Roofing tear-offs are heavy, so they're usually a 10 or 15 yard even when the pile looks small. If you're between sizes, call us and describe the job.
Level with the top rail. Anything stacked above that can't be tarped and can't be hauled, so it has to come back off before pickup.
Call and describe the project — number of rooms, roughly how much is going out, or what the job is. We'll give you a straight recommendation, not just the biggest option.
Plan on roughly 60 feet of straight clearance for the truck plus the dumpster, and about 23 feet of overhead room. A driveway or a level spot on the property usually works fine.
It's not common, but the weight is real. Plywood under the wheels and rails is cheap insurance, and we can talk through placement before delivery.
Not usually. Mark where you want it and we'll place it there. For tight spots it helps if someone's around.
Not on your own driveway or property. If the container has to sit on a public street, most cities require a right-of-way permit — check with yours before delivery.
No paint, oil, chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, appliances with refrigerant, or anything flammable. If you're not sure about something, ask before you toss it in.
Furniture, yes. Appliances are usually fine as long as anything holding refrigerant — like a fridge or window AC unit — has it removed first.
We'll let you know your load's limit before delivery. Going over it means an added charge rather than a surprise, and we'll always tell you the number before it's billed.
Standard rentals run about a week. If your project runs long, let us know before the pickup date and we'll work out extra days.
It depends on size, location and what you're throwing away. Call or send a request and you'll get a real number before anything is scheduled.
We'll go over payment when we confirm the order. There's no online checkout at the moment, so nothing is charged before you've talked to someone.
