Lexington runs on two kinds of dumpster work: renovation in the older neighborhoods inside New Circle, and turnover work on rental property near campus and along the main corridors. They’re very different jobs.
Rental turnovers in particular tend to be time-sensitive — you have a window between tenants and the container needs to be there for it, not two days after. Give us the date when you call and we’ll build around it.

Homes in Chevy Chase, Ashland Park and the Kenwick area are the classic Lexington remodel: solid old construction, plaster walls, heavy debris. Size down and keep the load even rather than stacking one end.
Newer development out toward Hamburg, Andover and the Man o’ War corridor gives you room to work. Driveways there handle a 20 or 30 yard comfortably, and the jobs are usually cleanouts, basement clear-outs and deck or fence removal.
Student-area turnovers near campus produce a lot of furniture — mattresses, couches, particleboard shelving. That’s bulky and light, so you want volume rather than weight capacity. A 20 or 30 yard handles most units.

Cleaning out a house, clearing a garage, or finally dealing with the pile behind the shed. We'll get a dumpster to your driveway and haul it off when you're finished.

New builds, demo work and everyday jobsite debris. Delivered where you need it, picked up when the container's full.

Sized for shingle weight, set close to the house, gone when the roof is finished.

Four steps, no surprises
Renting a dumpster shouldn’t take a week of phone calls. Here’s the whole process, start to finish.
Yes. Tell us the date the unit comes empty and we'll set delivery and pickup around it. Standing arrangements are easy if you turn units regularly.
Furniture, yes. Mattresses are usually fine but some facilities charge extra for them, so mention how many you have and we'll be straight with you about the cost.
Not on private property. On a public street, check with the city about a right-of-way permit first.
A single room cleanout usually fits in a 10 yard. A full house cleanout or a big remodel is normally a 20 or 30 yard. Roofing tear-offs are heavy, so they're usually a 10 or 15 yard even when the pile looks small. If you're between sizes, call and describe the job.
Standard rentals run about a week. If your project runs long, let us know before the pickup date and we'll work out extra days.
Plan on roughly 60 feet of straight clearance for the truck plus the container, and about 23 feet of overhead room. A driveway or a level spot on the property usually works fine.
